About Spenser

Spenser Templeton has been serving clients at the firm since 2021. Her practice is primarily focused on defending manufacturers, sellers, and owners in the construction industry nationwide. Spenser also has experience in municipal matters such as zoning issues, fair housing disputes and protecting her clients from unfair practices. 

 Spenser is originally from Gadsden, Alabama and currently resides in the Trussville area with her family. Ms. Templeton attended Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she graduated in 2015 with her Juris Doctorate. She is currently helping to coach Cumberland’s National Trial Team. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama, majoring in Public Relations in 2012.  During her four years at the University of Alabama, Ms. Templeton was a Crimsonette with the Million Dollar Band and twirled during halftime of Alabama football games.
