About Nick

Nick Hoisington focuses on appellate advocacy and brief writing in state and federal courts nationwide. He has extensive experience with issues of arbitrability and routinely litigates and arbitrates complex commercial disputes in the construction and consumer goods industries. He is licensed to practice in Alabama and is admitted to the Fifth Circuit, Ninth Circuit, and all Alabama federal district courts. His research interests include legal writing and arbitration.

Nick lives in Meadowbrook with his wife, Maddie, and his two sons, Lucas and Graham. Away from the office, he obsessively consumes NBA content (Thunder Up!), spends money on books he’ll never finish, and binges reality tv.
